!Netsurf has problems coping with the redirects that take place when launching cPanel from the standard URL.
You can use !Netsurf by specifying your cPanel/FTP credentials as part of the URL.
For example, if your account is on server6, use the following URL:
https://server6.spellings.net:2083/login/?user=userid&pass=password
Substituting userid and password above with your hosting control panel credentials from your welcome email.
