If you no longer have the welcome email that contains your FTP and control panel credentials, you may follow the following procedure to obtain then:
- Log into the billing system with your email address and billing password
- Choose "My services" from the left-hand menu. This will display all your hosting accounts with us.
- Choose the account you wish to obtain the password for
- At the bottom of that page, you will see a section call "Server login details" - this is your FTP and control panel password
Note from this page you can automatically log into the hosting control panel using the drop-down link at the top of the page and choosing "Login to cPanel"
