First, log into the billing system, then view your services.
Select the hosting account you wish to cancel.
In the drop-down menu on the top-right, choose "request cancellation"
Note that you should request cancellation at least 30 days prior to your renewal date to avoid being invoiced for your renewal.
Note that if you have found hosting cheaper elsewhere, we operate a "price match" policy for our loyal customers so please ask us to match a competitors quote before cancelling!
